Sue for what? Because you think a nurse was laughing at you? How were you harmed? That would likely be considered a frivolous lawsuit. If so, it would be dismissed by the judge and you most likely would be ordered to pay the hospital's and nurse's attorneys fees as a sanction under Rule 11.
You can always file a complaint with the hospital about the nurse's conduct.
