I owed the bank money, so the bank closed my account. The bank placed me on a loan repayment plan in the amount of $50 on the 15th and 30th of every month. I had a direct deposit come in, and they took the whole amount out. Initially the customer service rep told me that they would reopen my checking account and get the money out of there. That didnot happen they reopened my savings account. I called the local bank and I asked the customer rep how much is it to pay out the account and she said $770.00. I said okay, I will just go to the bank in kingstree and get some money out. I look back on the system she has taken the $770 out of my account and told me I can come and get the rest of my money. I called her back and said I didnt say anything about closing the account.
