Why not take the vehicle to a shop that can handle it quicker? Make arrangements for a rental vehicle during the repair. If the other party's carrier accepts liability, they should be willing to provide for a replacement vehicle during repairs.

You could take the car to a different body shop that could complete the repairs quicker. Ultimately you are entitled to the fair market value of your vehicle before the crash. Getting any compensation for your lost sales is going to be very difficult, if not impossible to prove.
