I came to the states when I was 3 legally with a greencard and got deported when I was 24 due to aggravated crimes. (Mostly marijuana cases which in Las Vegas is now legal) it’s been 2 years since deportation I want to know if I ever have a chance to reunite with my family again. Have my mom, dad, brother, sister, nephew, aunts, uncles there. No kids, not married. Any advice would be helpful.
There are waivers available for even a permanent ban, but I believe you have to wait 10 years to be able to apply. Even then, you would need to be able to show extreme hardship to a qualifying relative, among other things.
