In short, yes you can. The question is not whether you are in school, but more importantly, can you support yourself. You will need to show an income sufficient to provide a residence and the necessities of your daily life.
Yes, you can move out at 17, and the issue has nothing to do with whether you can support yourself. The issue is whether your parents will allow it. If they forbid it, you may not move out. But you may move out at 18, whether you are still in high school and regardless of whether your parents forbid it. Under Florida law, your parents still have access to your grades and school records untill you graduate, even if you turn 18 before you graduate.
