I had went over to my mothers house to get our daughter who my mother and step dad allegedly stated was touched by my husbands 5 year old nephew at the time saying she was bleeding, torn open and crying hysterically but when I went over there I checked to make sure and nothing they stated was even there, my step dad had pushed my from room to room telling me I wasn’t taking my child and I got home with my daughter and my husband had went over there and they had a fight and he kicked his teeth out and had steel toe boots on from being at work and my step dad filed a police report and he’s now in prison, his plea agreement is both counts run consecutively of 16 years has to serve 20% to be given parole, credit for time serve of 177 days and no motion for probation or shock probation?
These are all questions your husband needs to discuss with his attorney. If appropriate, your husband’s attorney can move for shock probation. Otherwise, he will need to serve AT LEAST 20% of his sentence before being eligible for parole. That does not guarantee that he gets paroled.
