I recommend that you try to work this out with your attorney. If your attorney has worked for a period of time, without billing you, the proper thing to do is to request an itemized bill from the attorney. But more specific information is really necessary.

Sure...if it becomes an issue regarding the fee payment the proper place to air the dispute is the bar association.
