unwed mother filed petition of paternity and child support. the father of my child received summons but is holding the documents until close to 30 days so he can extend time to answer response. he said he is gonna file motion of extension to prolong response so that i wont have financial support until he is ready to answer. can i still file default if there is no response on 31st day? what happens if i can default to his extension?
There is no such motion. He’s full of it.
