Can you contest the amount the ex wife gets from former husbands pension?

They divorced 15 years ago. Ex -wife's benefit is the result of a court order; likely a Qualified Domestic Relations Order. It is also likely that the QDRO and the judgment that was entered 15 years ago were both stipulated to by the parties. I can't imagine a legal or equitable basis on which he could set either aside at this point. $18/day? aka $540 per month? Why is that his only source of income? There's information missing here.
No, and no. His retirement was an asset and it was a divided in the divorce judgment. That judgment is done and cannot be changed. I have no idea why he hasn’t got enough money to live on, but this is not going to be changing.
