If you are truly current and even ahead on payments, why do you care if service is by email or even carrier pigeon? You are current and ahead right now, before anything has been filed to complain.
I don't think a judge would be real impressed with her counsel wasting the court's time complaining about a prior late payment under your existing facts. Stay that payment ahead and fret less. If you do get taken to court, have your atty show your are actually ahead, and have been for a while. Then ask for your attorney fees to be awarded.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
