It was raining. I was driving down the Interstate about 11:30 pm. The spindle on on my front Driver side broke and my tire fell off with the brakes and rotors still attached to the wheel on the inside of my tire. it was scary! I steered it to the right shoulder of the Hwy. My tire landed and was standing up against the guard rail behind my truck about 3 or 4 truck lengths,.My truck or tire could have caused a bad wreck. I want to sue for Emotional Distress or and defective spindle.
What actions on the part of Dodge in 2007 when the truck was built, cause the issue in 2018? If the spindle breaking can be directly attributed to actions or inactions of Dodge, you have a case, if not no case. However, you can speak to a local attorney about the case and emotional distress.
