My department is making a lot of money and they can't give me nor all the other people that aren't getting their guarantee a good reason as to why they will not pay us. I now am getting paid almost half of what I was promised.
Contact the Department of Labor and give them the facts. You can also look on this site and search for a lawyer. See if there is an attorney who would do a consultation with you.
There are several follow up questions before a meaningful answer to your question . For example, did you have a contract for the guarantee? Did you have to something to qualify for the guarantee? Is there a drop in your performance or did you hit your goals? An experienced employment attorney could provide you with direction on this issue. You may have legal remedies available.
