My husband is incarcerated he has a serious bleeding disorder (hemophilia) he is suppose to receive is medicine 3 times a week he has not received his medicine in weeks .. when he is brought down to the clinic they either dont have it or make him injected the medicine himself. When he asks to go they deny him saying its not his day when his day come they deny him & say its not his day they enter false documents into the system saying he was treated & he was not can we sue the department of corrections
Get local civil rights or malpractice counsel involved. Write to the warden, the medical director and whoever else is in charge about your husband's medical needs. He has an absolute right to get proper medical care and it is preferable to push them now then sue them for damages suffered later.
I would agree that you should discuss your claims with a local civil rights attorney and/or personal injury attorney involved if your husband is not getting the treatment that he needs.
