My husband's (sponsor) income is not sufficient for i-864. It was around 14k in 2015. He only works part time right now. And we dont have any joint sponsor. But his work place gave us a free place to live which we have been living at last 2 years.
Is that housing benefit given a $$$ value and put on your tax return & W-2?
If so, yes it can be used. If not, there may be problems with the tax people for not having reported it.

That is not going to be sufficient to overcome the minimum income requirement. No friends or family willing to joint sponsor? Without an approved affidavit of support you cannot move forward.
Whose work place gave you the free place to live? Your husband's sponsor gave you the free place to live? If this has a tangible value, it could be included.
