Can we file harassment charges or defamation charges?
My daughter's ex boyfriend has been relentlessly harassing my wife and I about my daughter. They had a child together that my wife and I have guardianship of. My daughter also lives here so she can be involved in his care. This ex messages me over 30 times a day, even after I've asked him to stop. Is this harassment? Also the ex is accusing the new boyfriend of rape, messaging me saying he raped someone, he has been looked into by state ppl and there was nothing found on him. Is that defamation? Can we do anything to get this relentless behavior to stop? Are there charges that can be filed?
