hello my name is priya. I have applied h1b extension in premium processing and got RFE. my visa is expired on 11/14/18. so my question is that can we apply for new h1b extension before 11/14/18 and after that can we response to our previous filling processor in which we have got RFE? and once we got visa approval for RFE as we have filed in premium processing so we will receive RFE responds within 15days so can we withdraw our new refiled h1b extension?
I have never heard of anyone doing that, nor do I understand what would be the benefit of doing so. Perhaps you think that you are not allowed to be in the U.S. while your application is pending. Or perhaps your six year maximum period ends in three weeks. See a lawyer, so you can present all of your information.
