I’ve been at the same company for 12 years, I deliver and do warehouse work, but they hired someone for the warehouse and took my hours and gets more pay than I do and they didn’t ask me if I wanted the job which I don’t think was fair
In order to prove discrimination you have to show you are being singled out because of a protected class. For example, if you are gay and they didn't offer you the job because you are gay, or if they didn't offer the job to you because of your religious beliefs. etc.
