I was charged with a misdemeanor pc273a(b) I got 4 yr probation had to pay 1050 and take 52week classes of community service, I went to my lawyers office to ask the information about the classes I had to take and he said that in the court system it didn’t show I had to take any I explain that on the pink paper it said I did, but he insisted and showed me it didn’t I went every 2 weeks to ask because I didn’t want to get introuble, for 4 months I went and all the times it didn’t say nothing last year I went to Mexico with my children and on the way back they wanted to arrest me they said I had a restraining order against me that I couldn’t be close to my child I explain they never told me I couldn’t and they didn’t take her away or nothing he didn’t believe me the only reason he let me go with my kid is because he checked in the computer and it was blanked of who was she in the care of.. so I want to know is it because of the classes that I told him I suppose to take but he instead I didn’t.. is it because of that, that I can’t be close to my daughter? And what do I do can I take the classes it’s been 4 yrs since my court date.
