Son is 50 years old who is mental health patient and received SSI income and live with 76 years old mother for 20 years. Pay her $440 from SSI income. He is now abusing drug and taking control of the house. She is living in fear. He is yelling and cursing to her and corner her and restrained her twice. She reported police and Aps but they said they can not take him unless he hurt her.
