I recently got pulled over for, what the police told me, being uninsured for my vehicle. Meanwhile I actually was insured but didn’t have my insurance card in my car. They gave me a field sobriety and breathalyzer, which I failed. Can I fight this dui?
I have moved your q to DUI so those lawyers are able to provide feedback.

It's worth consulting with a criminal defense attorney. If the stop was not valid because the officers made up a pretext to pull you over, you may be able to get the whole case dismissed. In my experience as a criminal defense attorney in Allegheny County, it is common in certain areas to have these pretextual stops with the hope that the defendant doesn't the issue.
