Your inquiry is more appropriate for criminal defense as you have been charged here in KY. The answer is it depends on how Ohio sealed the charges. But that is not what you should be inquiring about. You should be inquiring about your KY charge as that is most important to you right now. Hire a criminal defense attorney immediately who can defend you accordingly and will also be able to see whatever record is pulled by the prosecutor here in Kentucky and can best deal with it accordingly if they have any connection with your current charges. After getting an attorney here in KY and seeing about what does or does not who up you can then worry about other resloved charges in other states.
