I requested it on the paperwork and the temporary order for no visitation was granted but I requested less visitation for dad on the DV RO. Will the judge rule on visitation or anything else in the case? Like is this the time to request he hand over medical card for my son? Maybe add me as an authorized person on my sons medical record. He’s ordered to keep medical policy and to hand over cards but he hasn’t and he provided the wrong number to the child support agency.

The TRO will typically have a no contact order. The judge will rule on everything that you checked off on your requesting papers. This isn't the place to solve every issue that you have in one hearing. This is simply for domestic violence restraining orders.
Other issues should be addressed in a request for orders.
