I am divorced from my children's father. We have joint custody but I have physical primary. I am current married to a major in the US Army. We received orders for our new station which will be in Germany.
You will need to review the current court order and parenting plan to determine what you must do in order to move with the child. Most parenting plans require notice to the other parent. If the father does not agree with the move, you will need to file a Motion to allow for relocation.
