I have physical custody of my 14 year old son , however, the my son has nothing to do with is father.
I don't speak with the aunt because she has alienated and brainwashed my older son against me. She is trying to do the same to my younger son and she is a bad influence on both kids including the 14 year old. I can't do anything about the 18 year old. I am worried about the 14 year old and the question him with is can the visitation be stopped and would should be charged would kidnapping if she did anything with him and taking him withhout consent?
Yes she could be... It is not legal to transport a child across state lines without the permission of their parent (with custody) or guardian. Keep in mind this is LEGAL custody, not physical custody. You don't mention if you share legal custody or not. Also you mention visitation, but say the father has nothing to do with the kids. Who has visitation?
