I'm currently attending Community College in Toledo, Ohio. I'm an International student and I came to US through my f1 visa. But I'm currently under TPS (Temporary Protected Status). So, as doing research I found that students under TPS can be eligible for in-state tuition fee. Hence, I want to know if I'll be able to pay in-state tuition fee for my college.
It is up to the state. If Ohio allows a student in TPS status to qualify for in state tuition, then yes; if not, then no. Ask your schools bursar or admission office.
