I've been staying with my friend for over three months. Now, he wants to be with someone else he wants me to leave. So, U left to go to a doctor's appointment and he told me not to come back there but all of my belongings are there. Can he do this?
He needs to give you 30 days notice to get out.
this is general information and not providing specific legal advise nor is it creating an attorney/client privilege nor an attorney/client relationship.
He cannot just evict you without notice. You must have 30 days notice before he can remove you from the residence.
