Concerned grandparent worried about grandchildren in car with a non license driver and takes kid's in someone's esles car and they know he doesnt have licences. Can the owner of car be arrested?
Although not licensed in DE, I will jump in with one comment. The question involves child endangerment, which is a serious offense, and is governed by state law. Knowingly allowing someone to endanger a child could (depending on your state laws) lead to legal problems. I would recommend clicking on the Find a Lawyer tab, find one licensed and experienced with traffic (and child custody issues, if you can find one with experience in both areas of law) and discuss in private (not on a public forum such as Avvo). Most offer a free initial consultation, which may be all you need. Good luck.
Peace be with you, and may love guide you.
