My husband is an ex felon who has served his time and paid his dues. The ex detective that lead the case 2 his conviction has a personal vendetta due 2 an ex wife. Since his release 2 and a half years ago this is what we have dealt with.
BOGUS posession of stolen property charge that lead to a plea because we couldn't afford a lawyer or him to stay in jail. ( I've been diagnosed with ovarian cancer). A over $6000 in restitution and bonds for several arrests due to a private hearing we weren't notified of, an old warrant that he was arrested on, paid for and case closed that they didn't clear. Arrested on a ROR warrant from 6 months prior that was not him. Report is vague & says he was pulled over in Apr w a large amt of drugs & para. but let go. Affidavit wasn't filed til Oct & arrest made in Dec. We had just seen his p.o. 2 days b4 & nothing was in the system. Weve been pulled over 14x in 2 mo. & never ticketed. This last 1 was 4 license plate being 2 far 2 the right. They said he resisted arrest We have video showing truth. Have proof and documents for this and much more
