My daughters babies dad voluntarily gave up his parental rights in court as long as my daughter would not make him pay child support and is now after two weeks telling her he made a mistake by doing so. Now he all the sudden wants to be a part of the child's life. How easy will this be to do for him?
There is no easy answer to this question. There are a lot of factors to consider, including: what type of case this is, what stage the pending case is, whether the decision was finalized, and whether any appeal period times have expired. I would suggest contacting an attorney that practices in juvenile law or adoption as soon as possible since this is a time sensitive issue.
