My wife recently traveled overseas and got married, while she is still legally married here ,
I managed to get a copy of her marriage certificate from a different country,
I hired a lawyer over there , and he said that her marriage is illegal in that country, and it will be annulled, and she will face criminal charges there .
My question is , can I take her to court here in the US ?
Take her to court here for what? If for a divorce, yes. Anything else, probably not that will do you any good.
You can divorce her. There’s nothing else to take her to court for here.
