My son was arrested and before being brought to caught he was questioned by two detectives with a lawyer present and the also did a dna swab with out his father permission they said it was protocal for the dna test
This question gives rise to so many more questions. Like, did he give his permission, or agree to proceed without an attorney ? All of these questions are best addressed in private by your son with his attorney.
