We were role playing about underage incest and out of nowhere she sends a picture of her fully clothed sleeping cousin. I call her a creeep and she claims to have reported me to the fbi for talking about it. Am I in trouble. Will the fbi do anything
If you’re being accurate you have nothing to worry about. The FBI handles Federsl offenses. The correct authority would be the local police dept., however, based on the facts presented there was no violation of law. It seems to me that you need a different gal pal as she appears unstable, immature and someone who would be comfortable making either a false report or an exaggerated report because she’s displeased that she can’t manipulate you. Stay away from her... far, far away. She spell T R O U B L E ! Good Luck!
I agree with my colleagues that this is a relationship that could put you in danger and that your friend sounds like ongoing trouble. Your description of what happened is so vague (which is fine given that you have chosen to put your question to a non-confidential public internet forum rather than to an attorney in the legally protected privacy of an actual consultation) that we cannot even guess at what happened between the two of you or if there was in fact any illegal conduct. But if she does not care about making a false report to the police she can tell them anything, true, exaggerated, or completely made-up. Find a more stable relationship and don't put yourself in the power of troubled people.
