I am in the process of divorcing my wife, I have had a t.p.o on her and temporary custody of the children. The hearing is two months away, but the t.p.o expires this saturday. My question is can she come and do whatever she pleases with the kids until the hearning, ive had custody for over a year?

You would want to contact an attorney to see what you should do procedurally. You don't want to take actions that a judge may look at negatively. I would have an attorney review your situation and guide you to the next step.
I agree that you would need to explore the quickest and most efficient way to try and either renew the TPO, or obtain a temporary order from the divorce court continuing your award of temporary custody. Otherwise, if there are no controlling orders in place, typically, each party has equal rights to parent their children.
