need some advice from experienced criminal attorney in NJ
You may allege that it was an accident, however they may say that you acted purposely. Have a sexual harassment policy in place. Consult with an attorney.
Install cameras. Accidental touching is accidental. Repeated bumping into protected parts of her body is another thing. Foul language can also be harassment, Why have a work place with this type of behavior is even contemplated. You are asking for civil as well as criminal problems.
What you should be aware of is that seeking cute girls from 18-21 is discrimination by gender or age against other girls and all men. And that if you have to ask if a behavior is objectionable it will be if they see it that way. There is no reason for "accidental touch" to be asked in advance, that almost alone will convince a jury if they find this post that it was not accidental. And while obscene language may or may not be objectionable, why would you want to get into that in a professional environment with people who might be offended? (And yes, asking them during the interview if they would be offended is probably a red flag as well).
