On July 3 2018 I received a call from my daughter while working out of State that Police Officers and a Swat team entered my residence in search of my daughters ex-boyfriend. He doesn’t not live at my address. They ask my daughter to come in they search every room of the residence. My lease office personnel were not happy and I had to call and explain for damage control in fear of my reputation being ruin and lease agreement violated. They said they had a warrant for my daughters ex-boyfriend they couldn’t find him and wanted to search my home to see if he was hiding there which he wasn’t because he doesn’t live there. It was early morning my daughter was caught off guard and cooperated by letting them do the search. I feel my reputation and privacy was violated as the lease holder simply because I was not there.
Yes. Especially with permission. Which your daughter gave.
