Both were at a house with a group of friends drinking. Come to find out the friend that invited them to their home left the back door unlocked so everyone could get in. But needless to say this friend left prior to the party for a cruise with their parents. So the owners were not their and did not give permission for anyone to enter this house. Both boys were told to leave by a neighbor and as they did through the front door an officer was waiting. The officer found hard liquor and beer on them. They were arrested and charged with under age drinking and breaking and entering. One is known to the police and has been in trouble before. The other has never been in trouble with the law before. Can one lawyer represent both fairly?
