I’ve owned and used this 40 acre recreational land fourteen years. New owner has mounded up dirt pile to keep me out of the old haul road that was used by previous owners and I’ve maintained the road. This is in Morgan County.
You need to get with a local real estate lawyer to discuss your rights. If you’ve been using the road and maintaining it you may be able to claim that you own the road by adverse possession or that you have a prescriptive easement.
