Can neighbors spray pesticides on my land?

If you want immediate results, you could look into getting a restraining order put in place against them. If you want to claim damages for trespass, nuisance, negligence, etc., then you will need to file a civil suit. If you can prove damages, then WA law allows for treble damages for damages to property and an award of attorneys fees. You should make all documentation you can to make it clear what is going on. You should not communicate by phone, but should have everything in writing b/c it is easier to prove later what was said. Keep a log, keep receipts to the extent you've had to pay for decontamination. If it impacts your health, you should begin documenting that with your physician.
