I'm not giving her support because she doesn't know how she got the std. I don't have it. She claims she hasn't been with any one but me!!!!
If an action for divorce has been filed, no, she cannot have you removed without filing a motion for exclusive use and possession.

I think you have more than one question and i think you need an attorney to privately answer your questions.
You definitely have several questions here, that are better off answered in private. However, if a divorce complaint has been filed, then you cannot be removed from the house. Like most things, the answer to your questions is very much dependent on the facts and circumstances - more than you can possibly put in a question on AVVO.
