Currently My Wife and Son are in India. Visa is stamped and valid till May 1st 2017. My Company has put extension/company transfer to my H1B. I got it approved. Due to certain circumstances. my family cannot return before 1st may. Can they go to visa stamping and get their visa done even if i do not go for visa stamping?
