I live in Texas my father died listing my sister stepsister and myself in his will. With my sister and myself with the bulk of the assets. However until his 2nd wife dies we don't have access to anything. I have noticed her selling live stock and other things. Is she allowed to be selling stuff.
It would be impossible for someone to answer your questions without reading your father's will. However, based on the limited facts you presented it is certainly possible that his second wife can have authority to sell assets.
