Can my status of permanent resident be revoked by my co-sponsor?

How did you get your permanent resident status? DId you marry a U.S. Citizen and file for adjustment based on marriage? Did your Aunt petition you with a labor certification for a green card? If so, how long have you worked for your Aunt? A form I-864 co-sponsor, alone, cannot usually withdraw support 'after' you get your green card.
A co-sponsor can try to accuse you of committing fraud, but such claims may be ignored where there is a family dispute. The fact that you quit your job may not be enough unless your aunt got you a work based green card.
The above are questions, among others, that an experienced needs to ask before being able to give you an answer.
