Hi. I plan to file my I485 for myself, kids and my spouse . My spouse has H4 visa stamped till 2019 June. Post the submission of I485 , can my spouse travel to home country with out getting the AP. I have reached to attorney and they advised that given that there is H4 stamping, the travel can be made and this would not lead to abandonment. But would like to have some additional opinions before we take any decision.
Thanks in advance for your responses!
Travel outside the US on H4 does not abandon a pending I-485 green card application.
