I recently got fired because of the points that I got from my Walmart job and my manager did not talk to me about it he signed off on it and I never had a schedule to know when I was supposed to report to work
Unless you are protected by a union contract, a company can legally fire a worker without any notice, due process, or good reason to fire. Although it is illegal for a company to discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, disability, and a few other protected civil rights categories, it doesn't sound like any of these are factors.
