We were to rent a two bd one bath apartment from the same person. The tenant that was there kept putting off moving out so we were placed in the rv until he moved out. The day we were to move in we were informed we'd have a roommate we didn't know. We complained because that wasn't what we agreed to. All of a sudden we couldn't move in the apartment and were told we had to buy the rv or leave. We had nowhere to go so agreed we would purchase the rv. They were charging us 30 a day and the rv had no water or sewer to it and when we tried to hook it up then we were told to leave. We stopped paying because we were not paying 900 a month for just a place to sleep. We were given a piece of paper telling us to be out the next day. They shut the electric off on us and now they are saying they are moving the rv and they are trying to force us out without an eviction. We were just served with the three day notice but can they legally move the rv to force us out without an eviction?
You say you "were to rent a two bd one bath apartment from the same person." Did you sign a lease or not? If so, did that have an exact move-in date? I suspect you did not sign a lease. If you did, then you have a claim for breach of contract.
As to the RV, an RV is personal property and not real property. Eviction relates to a tenancy of real property so they don't need to follow the eviction procedures. They can tell you to leave and if you don't they likely can contact the police to remove and charge you for trespass.
In short, you need to leave ASAP. You may or may not have a viable contract claim on the RV term but an attorney would need many more facts. Like I said, if you have a lease and that was not followed then you have a contract claim on that.
