If the rent is paid you are entitled to 30 days notice for a normal lease/ rental. You raise other issues relating to contract-for-deed purchase- you should consult with an attorney about this.

Mr. von Dohlen is correct, I would just add that the terms of your written lease if you have one will control over usual rules. Also, if you have equity built up in the rv you're buying, and you should have some I believe, you will be entitled to be paid back in full for that equity. Get a lawyer.
