I moved to idaho city,id. in 2014 and made a verbal deal with my former landlord where i would do work 7 days a week in exchange for a place to park my r.v. with no hookups except an extension cord for power, now the former landlord passed away a year ago and his adoptive daughter was left the mobile home/rv park and i continued to work for her for the last year, and i have a seasonal job that doesn't start until june so have no money for gas, tags, replacement tires, etc. till i go back to work and she knows this, plus have health issues(breathing) and she knows all about my situation, plus I'm a compliant registering sex offender(vsp)
This is at best a shaky situation, and from this description far from clear. Even if the new landlord agrees to the existence of a "verbal deal," it can be terminated on sufficient notice. And, if the terms of the verbal deal have been breached, the landlord may be able to enforce a 3-day notice.
