Can my landlord evict me for Nov and Dec wen I didn't get a notice?

The landlord should be required to show that they provided a 3 day notice to vacate before filing for eviction. It is most likely they would have had the court sent notice of the hearing (and should have a record). You can argue that you never properly recieved notices required and if the judge agrees the case will be dismissed.
