I’m in low income my landlord never changed my income even after I reported the change in income. I signed my 2017 lease then new management came and now I’m served eviction I tried to explain to new management she was rude and didn’t want look over the paperwork she telling me I never reported but that’s not true the person dealing with it quit. I signed 2018 lease as well now I’m fighting the eviction what can I do
I suggest going to the Legal Assistance Foundation or the Lawyer's Committee for Better Housing about this problem. They know the most about subsidized housing in the area.
