Currently in North Dakota but the mother wants to move To Minnesota about 3 hours away. Was supposed to be for the summer but now longer.
If you are the father of a child born outside of wedlock, and you have not established any rights to visitation or custody of the children, you have no rights and she can move wherever she wants with her (your) children. You need to hire a lawyer and file a petition to establish your parental rights, then you will have something to say about all of this.
